The GHCA Membership Committee had a very successful annual membership drive for 2023-24. Out of approximately 750 homes in Garden Hills, 502 joined the Civic Association. The Membership Committee – led by the tireless efforts of Jim Floyd and Charles Meriwether – spent dozens of hours going door to door and soliciting both new and existing members. Other Membership Committee members contributing to the successful campaign were Bart Bruckert, Kathleen Harrison, Ryan Ramsey and Adair Vilella.
Among other things, the Membership Committee is planning to implement an auto payment option going forward and is making some technology changes that will ultimately include an electronic membership directory. Stay tuned for more updates at the April 2 annual meeting of the GHCA.
