  • GHCA/NPU-B deny fence height increase from 6.5’ to 8’
  • NPU-B retains engineer to conduct Field Observation Report and provide Visibility Triangle recommendations to BZA
  • GHCA/NPU-B will continue to attend BZA meetings and court dates

V-23-086 464 Pine Tree Road (New construction)

  • GHCA/appellants successfully increased building setback line on Pine Tree from 17’-6’ to 35’
  • Construction, with revised plan, is fully underway

Z-23-047/V-23-17 71 Sheridan (Hedgewood Homes)

  • Original rezoning request was denied by NPU-B, BZA and City Council
  • Approved variance request maintains existing RG-2 zoning, 40’ front setback and reduces units from 3 townhomes to 2 single family homes
  • Revised Community Benefits Agreement approved by GHCA and Hedgewood

V-23-170 350 Peachtree Avenue (ADU/1-story Building)

  • Applicant seeks a variance to reduce half-depth front yard setback along Grandview Ave from 17.5’ to 8’-8” to build an ADU and a special exception to build an 8’ tall, 100% opaque privacy fence along Grandview
  • On hold until additional requirements are completed by applicant for BZA, at which time applications will be reviewed by GHCA and NPU-B
